Digital products offered by Prosperous Visionary Designs provide instant access to files immediately after purchase. Because these items cannot be returned, all digital sales are final.

Please read the policy below before completing your order.

1. Instant Access & Delivery

After purchase, your digital files will be delivered via:

  • Immediate download link at checkout
  • Email confirmation containing download access
  • Your customer account (if enabled)

If you do not receive your files within 10 minutes, please check:

  • Spam or Promotions folder
  • The email address used during checkout
  • Order confirmation number

2. All Digital Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital content, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued once the files are delivered.

Refunds will NOT be granted for:

  • Purchasing the wrong item
  • Misunderstanding what is included
  • Not checking product details before purchasing
  • Accidentally deleting files
  • Lack of required software (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
  • Inability to edit or open the file due to customer device/software issues

If a file is corrupted or not functioning correctly, PVD will replace the file at no cost.

3. License & Usage Rights Apply

All digital downloads are governed by the Digital License & Usage Rights Policy.

You may NOT:

✘ Resell digital files
✘ Share, distribute, or gift files to others
✘ Upload files to POD marketplaces (unless extended license allows)
✘ Claim the artwork or templates as your own
✘ Use files in editable templates for resale (e.g., Canva templates)

You MAY:

✔ Use designs for personal use
✔ Use for branding and marketing
✔ Use to create physical end products (shirts, tumblers, stickers, etc.)
✔ Use in your small business (within license terms)

4. File Compatibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have the correct software, device, or app needed to use:

  • Canva templates
  • PNGs
  • SVGs
  • PDF print files
  • DTF-ready artwork
  • Sublimation designs

No refunds will be provided for incompatibility issues.

5. Re-Downloading Files

If you lose access to your digital files:

  • Most products allow re-download via your email receipt
  • You may request a replacement by contacting PVD with your order number
  • PVD may require proof of purchase before re-sending files

6. Unauthorized Distribution Prohibited

Customers are strictly prohibited from:

  • Sharing download links
  • Uploading files to shared drives
  • Posting files publicly
  • Sending files to friends, clients, or other sellers
  • Printing transfers to sell unless permitted by license

Violations may result in:

  • License termination
  • DMCA takedowns
  • Legal action for copyright infringement

7. DTF & Sublimation Files

For digital DTF/sublimation designs:

You may print them for personal or small-business use, unless otherwise stated.

You may NOT:

✘ Sell the digital file
✘ Sell printed transfers unless your license allows it
✘ Use the artwork in POD platforms
✘ Modify artwork for resale
✘ Bundle files with your own products

If you wish to sell printed transfers or large-scale printed merchandise, an Extended License may be required.

8. Digital File Updates

If PVD updates a digital product (fixes, improvements, formatting updates), past customers may or may not receive updated versions depending on the product type.

Updates are not guaranteed.
