Your artwork must be print-ready before uploading.

PVD does not edit or adjust your design.

Please follow these guidelines:

• PNG file with a transparent background

• 300 DPI resolution

• RGB color format

• Sized correctly for your needs

• No background removal, resizing, or color correction is performed

• What you upload is exactly what will print

Low-quality or blurry artwork will print the same way.

Due to differences in screens and digital displays:

• Colors may vary slightly once printed

• Slight shade differences are normal between film batches

• Neon, metallic, glitter, and foil effects will NOT print as shown

• PVD is not responsible for color shifts caused by the design itself

Customer is responsible for ensuring artwork accuracy, spelling, sizing, and quality.

Please read before uploading:

• All designs must be already arranged on your gang sheet

• We do NOT edit, space, or adjust your sheet

• Do NOT upload Canva links — PNG files only

• Your sheet must match the selected size

• Background must be transparent

• We do not remove backgrounds or correct artwork errors

• If the sheet uploads incorrectly, you must re-upload a correct version

What you upload is what prints.

Press:

• 320°F for 10–15 seconds

• Medium pressure (6–7)

Peel:

• Hot peel — remove the PET film immediately after pressing

Finish Press:

• Cover with Teflon or parchment paper

• Press at 320°F for 7–10 seconds, medium pressure

Note:

Avoid pressing over seams, pockets, zippers, or buttons.

Polyester/blends: lower to 250–280°F and press 3–5 seconds.

DTF transfers are custom products, so all sales are final.

No refunds or reprints for:

• Low-quality artwork

• Blurry/pixelated files

• Incorrect sizing

• Wrong file uploaded

• Colors not matching your screen

• Pressing errors

• Damage caused after delivery

Reprints are only issued for:

✔ Incorrect prints caused by PVD

✔ Items damaged during shipping

✔ Missing items

Photo evidence may be required.

Processing time: 1–3 business days

(large orders may require more time)

Shipping time:

• Standard: 2–5 business days

• Expedited options available at checkout

Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Carrier delays (USPS/UPS) are outside PVD’s control.

• Uneven pressure or inconsistent heat can affect results

• Transfers must be stored away from heat & sunlight

• Colors vary slightly between batches — this is normal

• Responsibility ends once your order ships

• It is the customer’s responsibility to double-check all uploads

By purchasing and uploading artwork, you agree that:

✔ Your file is high-resolution and final

✔ PVD will print exactly what you upload

✔ All sales are final

✔ You understand color variations may occur

✔ You accept full responsibility for copyright compliance

✔ You agree to proper pressing instructions

✔ You understand refunds are not provided for artwork issues
