Digital License and Usage Rights policy

 This License & Usage Rights Policy applies to all digital products sold by Prosperous Visionary Designs, including Canva templates, PDF files, PNG artwork, sublimation files, DTF designs, digital graphics, and AI-generated content.

By purchasing or downloading any digital product, you agree to the following license terms.

 

1. License Overview

Each digital purchase includes one license per buyer.
 Licenses are non-exclusive, non-transferable, and cannot be shared or resold.

Prosperous Visionary Designs offers two license types:

  1. Standard License (included with every purchase)
  2. Extended License (available for eligible products where noted)

Unless you purchase an Extended License, the Standard License applies.

 

 

2. STANDARD LICENSE (Included With Purchase)

The Standard License allows you to use the digital files for personal use and your own business use, including:

✔ Allowed Under Standard License:

  • Social media graphics
  • Website graphics & blog posts
  • Branding and marketing for YOUR business
  • Flyers, presentations, and other print materials
  • Physical items for personal use only (e.g., a tumbler made for yourself)

❌ NOT Allowed Under Standard License:

You may NOT:

  • Resell, share, or gift the digital file itself
  • Upload the file to marketplaces (Etsy, Shopify, POD platforms)
  • Use the file in editable templates you sell (e.g., Canva templates, planners, mockups)
  • Use the file to create products for sale (shirts, tumblers, transfers, etc.)
  • Claim the artwork as your own
  • Use the file in any AI training/software dataset

The Standard License is strictly for non-commercial resale.

 

 

3. EXTENDED LICENSE (Optional Upgrade)

The Extended License grants expanded commercial usage for customers who want to sell finished, physical products created using our designs.

✔ Allowed Under Extended License:

You may use the purchased design to:

  • Sell physical products you create (e.g., shirts, tumblers, sublimation items)
  • Sell finished DTF or sublimation transfers YOU print yourself
  • Use the artwork in limited client projects (you create a finished product for a client)

NOT Allowed Even Under Extended License:

You may NOT:

  • Resell, share, or redistribute the digital file itself
  • Sell editable templates that include our artwork (e.g., Canva templates)
  • List artwork on POD platforms (Print-on-Demand) like:

    • Etsy POD

    • Amazon Merch

    • Redbubble

    • Printify / Printful

    • Zazzle

  • Upload artwork to any AI model or training system
  • Claim copyright ownership of the design
  • Use designs to create new digital products for resale

IMPORTANT:

The Extended License is for physical product sales ONLY.
 It does not grant rights to resell the digital design in any form.

 

 

4. PROHIBITED USES (Applies to All Licenses)

Regardless of license type, customers may NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the original digital files
  • Sell digital items made from our artwork
  • Use our designs in NFT projects or blockchain products
  • Use our content for hateful, illegal, or trademark-infringing products
  • Register claims such as “copyright,” “trademark,” or “exclusive rights” over any Prosperous Visionary Designs artwork

Violations of these terms may result in license revocation without refund and legal action.

 

 

5. CREDIT & COPYRIGHT NOTICE

All digital files remain the intellectual property of Prosperous Visionary Designs.

You may NOT claim the artwork as your own under any license.

Attribution is appreciated but not required.

 

 

6. ONE LICENSE PER CUSTOMER

Purchasing a file grants one license per purchaser.
 You are not allowed to:

  • Share the file with assistants or designers
  • Upload the file to shared drives or team folders
  • Distribute files to clients as source files

Teams, agencies, or groups require separate purchases.

 

 

7. REFUNDS FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Due to the instant and irrevocable nature of digital purchases:

❌ All digital sales are final.

No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are given for digital items once downloaded.
