Thank you for shopping with Prosperous Visionary Designs. Because our store includes digital products, custom design services, and physical merchandise, different refund rules apply to different product types. Please review the sections below carefully before purchasing.

1. Digital Products (Non-Refundable)

This includes:

  • Website banners
  • Social media templates
  • Digital files
  • AI-generated stock images
  • Printable graphics
  • Canva templates
  • Editable files
  • Digital downloads of any kind

All digital product sales are final.

Due to the instant and irrevocable access to the files, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on digital items under any circumstances.

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Purchasing the wrong item
  • Not reading the product description
  • Duplicate purchases
  • Lack of software (e.g., Canva, Photoshop)
  • Change of mind
  • Inability to download or open the file (customer device/software issues)

If you experience a genuine technical issue accessing your files, please contact us and we will be happy to help resolve it.

2. Custom Digital Design Services

This includes:

  • Custom flyers
  • Custom banners
  • Custom website graphics
  • Custom AI images
  • Any custom-made digital work

Once work begins, all custom design services become non-refundable.

“No refunds on custom design services once work begins unless it is an issue caused by Prosperous Visionary Designs that cannot be corrected within the agreed revision process.”

Included revisions: 2 rounds
Additional revisions: Extra fee applies

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Switching concepts after work begins
  • Failure to provide correct information
  • Delayed responses by the customer
  • Any preference-based disagreement after drafts are delivered

3. Pre-Made Physical Products (Non-Refundable Unless Defective)

This includes:

  • Pre-made shirts
  • Pre-made tumblers
  • Pre-made merch
  • Pre-printed designs

These items are non-refundable unless defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

To qualify for a replacement:

  • You must notify us within 48–72 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos or video of the issue
  • Item must be unused and unworn

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Color variation between screen and print
  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier
  • Buyer’s remorse

If eligible, replacements will be issued for the same item only.

4. Custom Physical Products (Non-Refundable)

This includes:

  • Personalized shirts
  • Custom tumblers
  • Custom puzzles
  • Name-specific items
  • Custom printed merchandise

All custom physical items are final sale.

Because these items are created specifically for you, they cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

5. DTF Transfers, Sublimation Transfers & Gang Sheets

This includes:

  • Ready-to-press DTF transfers
  • Custom DTF prints
  • Gang sheets
  • DTF artwork upload services

All DTF purchases are non-refundable.

Due to the production process and setup requirements, we do not accept returns or cancellations after the file enters the print queue.

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Poor-quality uploads from the customer
  • Incorrect sizing submitted
  • Mistakes inside the customer’s artwork
  • File color differences (DTF printing may vary)
  • Not understanding how to apply transfers

Replacements are only provided if the print arrives damaged or defective.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages (Physical Orders)

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages marked “delivered”
  • Delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer must pay reshipping fees.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Filing a false or invalid chargeback is considered fraud.

We reserve the right to:

  • Submit evidence to fight invalid disputes
  • Recover losses through collections or legal action
  • Disable customer accounts involved in repeated or fraudulent disputes
