Prosperous Visionary Designs offers both digital goods and physical merchandise. Because each product type has unique delivery methods, please review the appropriate section below.
1. Digital Products Delivery (Instant Download)
This includes:
- Templates
- Web banners
- AI stock images
- Social media graphics
- Digital files of any kind
- Custom digital designs (final files)
Instant access
Most digital items are available for immediate download after checkout. You will receive:
- A download link on the confirmation page
- An email with access to your file(s)
⚠️ Important Notes
- Email delivery may take up to 5 minutes depending on your provider.
- If you enter the wrong email, we cannot deliver your files until corrected.
- If your download link expires or fails, contact us for assistance.
- Custom digital designs will be delivered once completed according to agreed timelines.
❌ No physical product will be shipped for digital orders.
2. Custom Design Services (Digital Delivery)
Custom digital work is delivered via:
- Google Drive link
- Canva share link
- Other digital formats as arranged
Delivery times vary depending on project type. Estimated timelines will be provided during the ordering process.
3. Physical Product Shipping
This includes:
- Shirts
- Tumblers
- Pre-made merchandise
- Physical prints
- Custom printed items
- DTF transfers
- Gang sheets
Processing Time
Physical orders typically ship within:
- 1–3 business days for pre-made items
- 3–5 business days for custom printed items
- 2–5 business days for DTF transfers once artwork is finalized
Processing times may vary during weekends, holidays, sales, or high-volume periods.
Shipping Methods
We ship via:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
- Other carriers when required
Carrier selection is automatically determined based on weight, destination, and fulfillment needs.
Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for:
- Packages delivered to the wrong address
- Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses
If the item is returned to us, reshipping fees will apply.
4. Tracking Information
Tracking updates will be sent once your package ships. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update depending on the carrier.
Digital products do not include tracking numbers.
5. Shipping Delays & Lost Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather
- Carrier issues
- Customs
- Incorrect addresses
- Holidays
- High-volume seasons
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows “Delivered,” but the package is missing, we cannot replace or refund the order. Customers must contact the carrier to file a claim.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect physical item, notify us within 48–72 hours with:
- Photos or videos of the issue
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
We will provide a replacement if the issue is verified.
Custom physical items are only replaced if the error is made by Prosperous Visionary Designs.
