The information, products, and services provided by Prosperous Visionary Designs (PVD) are offered “as-is” without warranties of any kind. By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge and agree to the disclaimers listed below.

1. Color Variations

Colors may appear different depending on:

  • Screen brightness
  • Monitor calibration
  • Device type (phone, tablet, laptop)
  • Printer settings
  • Ink type
  • Material used (fabric, sublimation blank, DTF film, etc.)

PVD is not responsible for color variations between:

  • The displayed item vs. printed item
  • Printed transfers vs. final pressed/finished products
  • Digital mockups vs. real-life results

All mockups are examples only.

2. Crafting, DTF & Sublimation Results

For physical crafting or printed transfer use (DTF, sublimation, vinyl, etc.):

PVD is not responsible for:

  • Pressing or printing errors
  • Incorrect temperatures, pressure, or timing
  • Ink, paper, or film quality
  • Equipment failure
  • Weathering, peeling, ghosting, fading, or misalignment
  • Results on incompatible materials

All crafting outcomes depend on your equipment, experience, and materials.

3. Software & Device Compatibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the correct tools to open and use digital files, including:

  • Canva
  • Photoshop
  • Cricut Design Space
  • Silhouette Studio
  • Procreate
  • Any other editing program

PVD is not liable if:

  • Your device cannot open the file
  • You lack required software
  • Your program is outdated or incompatible
  • You do not know how to use the software

Technical assistance is available, but refunds will not be issued for software-related issues.

4. Template Customization & Editing

For Canva templates and editable designs:

PVD is not responsible for:

  • Customer editing mistakes
  • Layout changes made by the customer
  • Lost or deleted edits
  • Inability to use Canva features
  • Canva system outages or platform changes

We do not guarantee future compatibility if Canva updates its platform.

5. Digital File Limitations

Digital files are provided for immediate use but:

  • Do not include physical items
  • Do not include custom design changes (unless purchased)
  • Do not guarantee a specific result when printed or pressed
  • May not be resold or shared (see License & Usage Rights Policy)

6. Custom Orders & Design Services

For custom physical or digital design services:

PVD is not liable for:

  • Errors in spelling or details submitted incorrectly by the customer
  • Changes requested after final approval
  • Delays caused by missing information from the client

Refunds are only provided if PVD is at fault (per your custom work policy).

7. Third-Party Apps, Links & Tools

PVD may provide access to:

  • Canva templates
  • Mockup tools
  • External links
  • Download portals

We are not responsible for:

  • Your account access
  • Third-party outages
  • Subscription requirements
  • Policy changes from Canva or other platforms

8. Product Descriptions & Mockups

PVD aims to describe each product clearly, but mockups and photos are representations only, not exact outputs.

Some elements may vary slightly when printed or displayed.

9. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

PVD is not liable for any:

  • Loss of profit
  • Crafting/material costs
  • Damaged equipment
  • Failed projects
  • Business losses
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Your use of our products is at your own discretion and risk.
