Custom Work Policy

Thank you for choosing Prosperous Visionary Designs for your custom design needs. All custom orders — including digital graphics, website banners, branding, social media designs, and custom physical merchandise — are created with care specifically for your project.
Please review the terms below before placing your order.
1. Custom Orders Are Non-Refundable
Due to the time, skill, and customization involved, all custom work is final sale once work has begun.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Changing your mind
- Deciding you no longer need the design
- Wanting a different style after work has started
- Incorrect information provided by the customer
- Delays caused by missing materials from the customer (photos, wording, logos, etc.)
Refunds are only granted if PVD is unable to complete your order or makes an error that cannot be corrected.
2. What Is Required to Start Your Project
Work will not begin until all required materials are submitted, including:
- Exact wording / text
- Reference photos
- Brand colors or style preferences
- Size or format needed
- Any additional notes
Missing information may delay your project timeline.
3. Processing Times
Turnaround times vary depending on the project and will be stated in the product listing or via email before work begins.
Revisions, order changes, or missing materials may extend your turnaround time.
Rush ordering is available for an additional fee (when applicable).
4. Revisions Included
Your custom order includes:
- Up to 2 free revisions
Revisions include adjustments such as colors, fonts, small layout changes, or minor corrections.
Extra revisions beyond the included amount may require an additional fee.
Major redesigns (example: completely changing the concept) are considered a new order.
5. Customer Responsibility
Before final approval, you must review your design for:
- Correct spelling
- Accurate details
- Dates, names, and numbers
- Layout preferences
Once approved, PVD is not responsible for errors overlooked by the customer.
6. Artwork Usage for Custom Digital Files
Custom digital designs may be used for:
✔ Personal use
✔ Your own business branding
✔ Your own physical products (shirts, tumblers, labels, etc.)
You may NOT:
✘ Resell the digital files
✘ Sell editable templates containing the artwork
✘ Claim the artwork as your own
✘ Use custom work to create merchandise for mass POD platforms (Amazon Merch, Redbubble, etc.) unless written permission is granted.
7. Custom Physical Products (Apparel, Tumblers, DTF Transfers, etc.)
All physical custom-made products are:
- Final sale
- Non-refundable
- Not eligible for exchange (unless defective)
If the item arrives damaged or incorrect due to a PVD error, a replacement will be issued at no cost.
If the customer provides the wrong details or image, the order will not be refunded or remade for free.
8. Communication + Response Time

Please allow 24–48 hours for a response (excluding weekends and holidays).
9. Project Cancellation
If no work has begun, you may request a cancellation.
Once any part of the design process starts, your order becomes non-refundable.
If the customer becomes non-responsive for 7 days, the project may be closed without refund.
10. Final File Delivery
Digital final files are delivered via:
- Download link
- Customer account (if applicable)
Physical custom items are shipped following the general Shipping Policy.
