1. General Use of the Site

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You will not use the site for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • You will comply with all applicable laws

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

 

 

2. Purchases & Payments

By purchasing a product, you agree that:

  • All provided information is accurate
  • You are authorized to use the payment method
  • You understand digital products are non-refundable
  • You will not file fraudulent chargebacks

Prices may change at any time without notice.

 

 

3. Digital Products

This includes templates, PNG files, Photoshop/Canva files, AI-generated graphics, stock images, and any downloadable content.

By purchasing digital products:

  • You receive a license to use, NOT ownership
  • You may NOT resell, redistribute, or share digital files
  • All digital sales are final
  • License terms apply (see License & Usage Policy)

We are not responsible for:

  • Software compatibility issues
  • Customer errors
  • Lost files on your device

 

 

4. Custom Design Services

For custom digital work:

  • Turnaround times vary based on project scope
  • You must provide accurate details
  • You receive up to 2 revisions (unless otherwise stated)
  • Additional revisions incur a fee
  • Once work begins, the service is non-refundable
  • PVD retains copyright unless otherwise agreed

Customer is responsible for ensuring content they provide doesn't violate copyright.

 

 

5. Physical Products

This includes apparel, sublimation prints, DTF transfers, tumblers, stickers, and any shipped items.

You agree that:

  • Color variations may occur
  • Handmade or printed items may have minor variations
  • You reviewed sizing charts
  • You provided a correct shipping address
  • We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages

Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 48–72 hours.

 

 

6. Website Content & Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including:

  • Templates
  • Logos
  • Images
  • Artwork
  • Branding
  • Text
  • Digital assets

belongs exclusively to Prosperous Visionary Designs.

You may NOT:

  • Copy
  • Modify
  • Sell
  • Distribute
  • Claim as your own
  • Use for AI training
  • Use in competing products

Violations will result in license termination and potential legal action.

 

 

7. Prohibited Behavior

You may NOT use the site or services to:

  • Upload viruses
  • Interfere with website functionality
  • Harass or abuse others
  • Perform unauthorized access attempts
  • Commit fraud or chargeback abuse

We reserve the right to terminate accounts or refuse orders.

 

 

8. Limitation of Liability

PVD is not responsible for:

  • Loss of data
  • Software issues
  • Incorrect file uploads by the customer
  • Damaged materials due to improper pressing/application
  • Delays caused by carriers or third parties

You agree to use all products at your own risk.

 

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

 

 

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued site use indicates acceptance.
